Fibrous tissues like muscles tendons and ligaments turns to bone on injury because of mutation in body repair mechanism.

In case of surgical attempt to remove extra bone, more bone grew back to repair the affected place and vicious circle begins.

Neurological condition of skewed perception, associated with visual hallucinations with objects appears bigger or very smaller of their actual size. These people might see an ant as huge as size of rabbit, or they might misjudge an vehicle for a toy.

6.            PRADER-WIILI SYNDROME:

A conginetal disorder in which people feels starved all the time. They eats constantly even after they are full. The condition may lead to death. The cause may be disturbed hunger center in the brain.

7.            MYOSTATIN RELATED MUSCLES HYPERTROPHY;

Twice the amount of normal muscle mass with very low body fat level.

8.            FATAL FAMILIAL INSOMNIA:

A genetic disorder of  severe sleeplessness which leads to total insomnia. Person becomes physically and mentally disturbed. The patient gradually becomes addicted to sleep inducer drugs, these drugs have very little role in cure.

Some people thoughts that the famous pop singer Michael Jackson was a victim of this disorder, laterally he start using anesthetic drugs like propofol on routine base for insomnia, drugs overdosed and he dies.

9.            AUTO-BREWERY SYNDROME:

In this condition alcohol level in body of some people reach to several notches over the permissible limit, even they had neither touched it nor they drinks. The very possible cause is that a type of yeast present in the stomach and intestine ferments carbohydrates into ethanol which intoxicates the person.

10.    ELEPHANTIASIS:
